Special fees for all IEEE Members subtract 25 Euros (250 Dhs for resident) from the above fees
Registration includes:
Registration fees for the Conference include attendance for two days, the proceedings, lunches, and cofee breaks.
The registration fees does not cover the cost of accommodation, which must be borne by the participant.
Author of multiple papers:
If you have an additional paper accepted for the conference, then add 200 Euros (1850 Dhs for resident) for each additional paper.
Multi-authors paper:
Every paper must have at least one author registered. Other co-authors of the same paper wishing to attend the conference should register separately and pay the applicable registration fee. Author registration is non-refundable.
Payment of registration fees:
Registration for the conference will only be effective once all fees have been paid.
Calculate your registration fees:
- Choose the registration fee according to your category (see table above)
- If your paper has additional pages (more than 6 pages) then add 30 Euros (300 Dhs) for each page (Max 2 extra pages allowed – Total of 8 pages).
- If you have an additional paper accepted for the conference then add 200 Euros (1850 Dhs for resident) for each additional paper.

Gala Dinner Information
The Venue: Chems Ayour Complex
Situated 25 km from Agadir city center, Chems Ayour (Arabic name that means Sun & Moon) a must Berber night experience that combines both Moroccan traditional cuisine and splendid folkloric show of all colours. At the entrance, which is like a Berber palace gate, you will be enchanted with the warm welcome of traditionally wearing men on their horseback. We host you with milk and date a symbol of generosity that deepens in the roots of Moroccan customs. Along the way towards the Berber Tent, folkloric bands from many parts of Morocco greet you at their own way. Just before taking a seat under the beautifully decorated caidal tent, a snake charmer is showing how friendly his snakes are. While having your dinner of 5 courses there will pauses where you will watch and enjoy the performance of our local dance bands and belly dancer. After having dinner you will be served mint tea and Moroccan pastries while sitting in the open air around the arena, the electrifying legendary final show starts. With Continued Dancing troops, colorful dressed acrobats, fireworks, Men on Arabian horses firing rifles that demonstrate the traditional military combats of Morocco.
