Invited sessions provide a forum for focused discussions on new topics and innovative applications of established approaches. An invited session consists of at least five related papers that must be submitted through the regular review process.
Each invited session will consist of regular papers associated with a specific subfield of complex systems. Invited session proposals have to be submitted by sending email to Prof. Abdelouahed TAJER, which will then reviewed by the committee. Once approved, authors can submit their papers as an “Invited Session Paper” in PDF format to the wccs19 EasyChair online submission website following the regular paper guidelines.
Note that papers submitted to invited sessions are reviewed exactly like all the other papers. The invited session proposals should include:
- The names and affiliations of the organizers;
- A brief abstract limited to 1 page describing the theme;
- If your session has an invited talk, a brief abstract limited to 1 page abstract by an invited speaker is needed.
Session organizers are also encouraged to start with an invited talk of each session that provides an overview of the specific area and the research challenges. Note that there is no support for the invited speakers.
